TIRRINTIPPIN FARMSTAY
Tirrintippin Farmstay is a relaxed farm stay with a range of self-contained accommodation.
Linen and towels are supplied for the Balinese king and double beds. The bunks have sleeping bags. There are kitchen and bathroom facilities in the accommodation and a barbecue.
Tirrintippin is a working farm with friendly horses, kelpies, piglets, ducks, sheep and Langshan chickens and organic gardens. It follows principles of ecological agriculture (AIEA).
The area has extensive areas to explore with pristine rivers, abundant wildlife, waterfalls and towering forests. Some of the critical species seen by visitors include the giant barred frog, platypus, glossy black-cockatoo and wedge-tailed eagle.
Swim in the refreshing Ellenborough River and enjoy the nature walks at the Ellenborough Falls; notice the changing plants and foliage, keeping an eye out for the birds and animals that make this special place their home, upon return enjoy a gourmet coffee and meal at the kiosk.
